Nylon Film

Nylon (polyethylene film) is the natural complement to our woven products; where sacks and jumbo bags provide mechanical strength, nylon provides the seal — protection against moisture, dust and contamination. These products are made from polyethylene granules through the blown film process.

Nylon film is supplied either as plain rolls or as an inner liner for woven bags (jumbo bags and sacks) — in liner form, a separate nylon bag is placed inside the woven bag to provide an extra moisture barrier for powdery and moisture-sensitive products. Thickness (micron), width, and color are adjustable, and printing on the film is also available if needed.

Applications: inner liners for jumbo bags and sacks carrying moisture-sensitive materials, industrial product wrapping and covering, temporary protection for materials and cargo in storage and transit.
